How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your Future Vakil account, emailsupport@futurevakil.in from the email address registered to your account.

Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
Include your registered email address and any relevant profile details needed to identify the account.
If you cannot access your registered email, explain that in your message so we can request alternate verification.

Verification

We may ask for additional information before processing the request so we can verify that the deletion request is being made by the account owner or an authorized person.

What We Delete

Once a valid deletion request is confirmed, we will delete or de-identify personal data associated with your Future Vakil account from our active systems where applicable.

Account profile information such as your name, email address, phone number, occupation, nationality, and state.
User-created study content associated with the account, including notes stored in Future Vakil.
Account-linked usage data that is no longer required for legal or operational reasons.

What We May Retain

Some limited records may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes.

Transaction, billing, tax, and payment dispute records needed for accounting, fraud prevention, audits, or legal compliance.
Support and safety records needed to document prior requests, investigate abuse, or enforce agreements.
Technical logs or security records needed to protect the service and comply with legal obligations.

Retention Periods

Data removed from active account systems is deleted as part of our normal operational process after request verification. Records that must be retained for tax, accounting, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legal compliance purposes may be kept until those obligations expire.

If you need more detail about a specific category of retained data, include that request in your email and we will respond based on the records applicable to your account.
