Depending on your use of Future Vakil, we may collect your name, email address, account identifiers, profile details, service usage information, device and browser metadata, study activity, support communications, and information you submit through the AI assistant and related product features.

Payment Information

Payments on our platform may be processed by regulated third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers, CVV, or complete bank credentials on our servers. Payment processors may collect and process transaction metadata such as payer name, billing country, currency, transaction amount, payment status, and fraud-risk indicators to complete and secure transactions.

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with trusted service providers strictly for operations such as hosting, authentication, payments, AI processing, and analytics, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Future Vakil uses Google Analytics on our website and Google Analytics for Firebase in our mobile applications to understand how users interact with our services, measure performance, improve features, and monitor reliability. These services may collect information such as page views, screen views, session activity, clicks or taps, device and browser details, operating system, app version, approximate location derived from IP address, and identifiers such as cookies or device identifiers. We use this information in aggregated form and, where reasonably necessary, at the event level to analyse usage trends, improve user experience, investigate technical issues, and protect the integrity of our services.

Google may process analytics data on our behalf as a service provider, including on servers located outside India. Depending on your browser, device, and region, you may be able to limit certain analytics-related data collection through browser cookie controls, device privacy settings, app permissions, or other controls made available by Google, Android, iOS, or your browser provider.

In the Future Vakil mobile app, we may also use advertising partners such as Google AdMob to serve rewarded, banner, and interstitial ads. These providers may process device identifiers, approximate location signals, app interaction data, and diagnostic data as needed to deliver, cap, measure, and protect ads. Where required by applicable law, users may be shown consent choices before certain advertising-related data processing takes place.

Your Choices

You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information where applicable by law.

Depending on your device and region, you may also be able to review or change advertising consent from the in-app Privacy choices option. If you withdraw consent, Future Vakil may limit or change how ads are delivered on that device.

Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Future Vakil account, email support@futurevakil.in from your registered email address with sufficient details to verify your request.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We may disclose information when required by applicable law, court order, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of our users, our business, or the public.
