Refund Policy

Nature of Services

Future Vakil provides digital products, software features, and subscription-based services only. We do not sell physical goods, and there is no shipping or physical delivery involved in our transactions.

General Refund Rule

Payments are generally non-refundable once access to a digital product, premium feature, or subscription period has been granted, except where a refund is required under applicable law.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel an active subscription at any time through available account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. The current billing cycle remains active until its end date and is typically non-refundable.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you are charged more than once for the same order or are billed due to a technical error, contact us within 7 days of the transaction date. After verification, eligible duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded to the original payment method.

Failed Transactions

If a payment fails but money is debited, refunds are usually processed by your bank or payment provider according to their timelines. If reversal is delayed, share transaction details with us and we will assist with reconciliation.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact support@futurevakil.in so we can review and resolve the issue quickly. We may restrict service access for accounts associated with unresolved fraudulent disputes.

Refund Processing Timelines

Once approved, refunds are initiated to the original payment source. Actual credit timelines vary by bank, card network, and payment processor, and may take 5 to 10 business days or longer depending on the issuer.

International Payments

For cross-border transactions, currency conversion differences, intermediary-bank fees, and issuer charges are controlled by financial institutions and may not be refundable by Future Vakil.
